Yikes. Ugly Charts in Muni-Land |

Muni bond ETFs are showing some really ugly looking charts lately. Although, it’s hard to get a clean read on how the underlying bonds are actually performing. Here’s the SPDR Nuveen Barclays Capital Municipal Bond ETF, which seeks “to track the price and yield performance of the Barclays Capital Municipal Managed Money Index. The Index tracks the U.S. long term tax-exempt bond market and includes general obligation, revenue, pre-refunded and insured issues.”
