Dealing in silver can be a positive experience or a negative experience. Whether you are looking at buying or selling coins or buying and selling bullion, you want the best experience possible in addition to great customer service.
Unfortunately, we can say you can expect neither at AG Silver Dojo. AG Silver Dojo has a consistent record of complaints from customers and other dealers alike. The basic element in dealing in silver any collector or investor wants is common courtesy, and AG Silver Dojo is lacking in that area.

The Product
Any new or experienced collector or investor in silver coins understands one simple thing — a minimal level of quality service is expected. I had some silver coins I wanted to sell, and I had my eye on a few Silver Eagles, so I checked out AG Silver Dojo. From the moment I called, it was a terrible experience. The customer service rep was very rude and unprofessional.
The first issue I had with AG Silver Dojo was the way they grade their coins. They use a system that is very different from what most other dealers use, so it's hard to compare apples to apples. For example, they have a "1" coin, which is their lowest quality coin, and then they go up to "10." Most other dealers would consider a "1" coin to be junk silver, but at AG Silver Dojo, it's their lowest quality coin.
Another issue I had was the pricing. I understand that when you're buying or selling coins, there has to be some sort of negotiation, but the prices AG Silver Dojo was offering were just ridiculous. I ended up selling my coins to another dealer for almost double what AG Silver Dojo was offering.
In the end, I would not recommend AG Silver Dojo to anyone. There are plenty of other dealers out there who are more professional and will give you a better deal.
The Service
I honestly don't know what else to say here. AG Silver Dojo seems to not have an issue failing over and over in the service department. I suppose if there's anything AG Silver Dojo is good at, it's offending potential clients with lowball offers on their silver. Additionally, the customer service team is very unprofessional, and it seems like they're never happy to help.
In my opinion, AG Silver Dojo's customer service reps are some of the rudest I've ever dealt with in the silver industry. They're also very misleading, which is something you definitely don't want in a dealer.
In short, I would not recommend doing business with AG Silver Dojo. There are plenty of other dealers out there who will give you a better deal and treat you with the respect you deserve.
The Bottom Line
The bottom line here, if it isn't clear already, is that AG Silver Dojo is not a reputable dealer. They have a history of complaints, their customer service is terrible, and their prices are just outrageous.
I would not recommend doing business with AG Silver Dojo. There are plenty of other dealers out there who will give you a better deal and treat you with the respect you deserve. If you're looking to buy or sell silver, I suggest you go somewhere else.
Some of the complaints we discovered in our research are:
These are just a few of the complaints we discovered, and they’re not from one-time customers. This is a consistent problem with AG Silver Dojo.
We advise you to avoid doing business with AG Silver Dojo if at all possible. There are plenty of other dealers out there who would be happy to do business with you and give you a positive experience.
Other Considerations
Online presence is important for any business, but AG Silver Dojo has very little online presence and the visibility they do have is mostly negative. There is a long list of negative reviews and complaints going back a few years.
There are a few possible explanations. Firstly, AG Silver Dojo may not be investing enough in online marketing and SEO. This would explain why their website isn't ranking highly in search results. Secondly, they may have some negative press or reviews that are dragging down their visibility. Finally, it's possible that they're just not a very popular dealer. Whatever the reason, their lack of online visibility is definitely something to consider if you're thinking about doing business with them.
It’s also important to note that AG Silver Dojo doesn't have an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. In fact, they don't even have a rating. This is usually because the BBB has not received enough reviews or complaints to give them a rating. However, it's also possible that AG Silver Dojo has chosen not to participate in the BBB's program. Either way, it's something to keep in mind.
Final Verdict
AG Silver Dojo is not a reputable dealer. They have a history of complaints, their customer service is terrible, and their prices are just outrageous. I would not recommend doing business with AG Silver Dojo.
