They originally named the company Bezalel, which means “in the beginning” or “in the first place.” The founder, Yossi Levy, was born in 1986 in Jerusalem, and he is one of the original eight founders of Bezalel. Yossi’s parents came from Poland. His mother was born in 1912 in Kielce, Poland, and his father immigrated to Israel in 1928.
